CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the booked service. * Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your notice allows us the opportunity to serve other clients.
